International orders:
We are based in Brooklyn, NY. We will ship to any destination, may it be Australia, England, Canada or anywhere in between. We ship to all these destinations on a daily basis, so shop with confidence and be assured that your package will arrive safely, fully insured and in a timely manner.

Time in transit:
We usually ship with UPS or the Postal service depending on the destination and the value of the package, in most cases shipping should not take longer than 4-5 days in transit even going as far as Australia.
Please be advised that this reflects only the time in transit and we require additional time to get the order out, so if you absolutely need the item at a certain date please contact us to discuss your options.

Taxes and Duties:
Varies widely from country to country, we take no responsibility for any customs, duties, or taxes. We do understand the system and will ship with the method that will cost you the least. Refusing a package is not an option and will be processed as returned goods and be subject to a restocking fee + the customer will be liable for the shipping costs involved.

Insurance:
All orders are sent fully insured; if any item arrives in anything but perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Price adjustments:
Shipping costs internationally varies widely depending on the destination, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to the shipping charge if in case the order is very bulky or needs to be split in 2 packages. Also, if you feel that your order is fairly small and the shipping is too high you may contact us for a price adjustment.

Canceling an order:
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot get verification from the credit card bank.

Undeliverable orders:
If your order is undeliverable and is returned to us we will charge you the fee that we pay UPS to return the package to us.
